President Ersin Tatar received Remzi Alemdar, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Solidarity Association and members of the board of directors. President Tatar, Referring to the pandemic, said that the TRNC "can overcome the pandemic process by ensuring that the majority of the people are vaccinated" and that the "Turkish Cypriot people will continue to show their struggle to the world with self-confidence".
In his statement during the meeting, President Tatar said that the State serves the people in the best possible way and that the pandemic process has been managed well. Pointing out the importance of the construction of Pandemic Hospital, investments in health infrastructure, devoted efforts of healthcare professionals and increasing capacity in the health sector during this process, President Tatar expressed his belief that we can overcome the process by solving the vaccine issue as soon as possible and vaccinating the majority of the people.

Stating that the most important characteristics of being a State are having territories, the ability to be in relations with other countries and self-governance, the President said that the efforts to pass spirituality, values, culture and historical ties on to new generations is an important part of being a people.
