First Lady Sibel Tatar honours women labourers
First Lady Sibel Tatar, who could not take part in the cancer awareness walk organised by the Presidency staff in Lefkoşa due to having been a contact with Covid, underlined in a written statement the importance of individual measures that can be taken to promote early diagnosis, early treatment and prevention of cancer through raising awareness.
First Lady Sibel Tatar took part in the inauguration of of the exhibition and auction of the cartoon work of Marjan Khajavi – an Iranian graphic designer, handcraft and illustration artist.
First Lady Sibel Tatar attended an event that aimed to raise awareness and highlight the obstacles faced by people with disabilities. The awareness event was held at the İrfan Nadir Over 18 Disabled Rehabilitation Centre -- on the occasion of the 3 December International Day of Persons with Disabilities.
The Target for Zero Waste – Tatlısu Pilot Project led by First Lady Sibel Tatar was introduced to members of the press at an event held at the Zambak Holiday village.
The opening of the exhibition was attended by the First Lady, Sibel Tatar, as well as the Minister of National Education and Culture, Olgun Amcaoğlu, the Minister of Agriculture and Natural Resources, Nazım Çavuşoğlu, and the Minister of Transportation and Public Works, Resmiye Eroğlu Canaltay.
