President Ersin Tatar received TRNC Disabled Sports Federation Wheelchair Basketball Team, trainers and managers.
Congratulating all the athletes in his speech at the meeting, President Tatar stated that he follows their activities closely and added that the success of the athletes is the pride of the TRNC.
Expressing that we are spending efforts to overcome the obstacles of our disabled people, President Tatar noted that we need to work together to surpass the difficulties. “I am always supportive of the athletes,” he added.
President Tatar said “You represent our country in different countries and carry our flag. This means a lot. All this reflects positively on the image of the TRNC. This reveals that the TRNC State protects its own people. Everyone has respect for you”. The President wished all the athletes further success.
